Returns and Cancellation Policy

Physical Goods Return Policy

You may return goods within 30 days that are:

  • Faulty or do not meet the description on our website or sales literature.
  • Supplied by StepNexus in error.

StepNexus will offer either an exchange or a full refund provided that the goods are returned undamaged, in good condition and in their original packaging.

Unwanted goods may also be returned within 30 days with the prior agreement of StepNexus, however a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Goods may be returned after 30 days with the prior agreement of StepNexus. Such agreement will be at the sole discretion of StepNexus and a restocking fee shall apply.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the item to StepNexus. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items That Are Not Returnable

StepNexus does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Smart cards more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Prepayment certificates.

Physical Goods Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any order provided that it has not been shipped by StepNexus. In order to cancel your order please e-mail services@stepnexus.com quoting the order reference contained within order acknowledgement. A full refund will be provided for any cancelled order.

StepXpress Generated Data Returns Policy

Data generated by StepXpress may not be returned as it is specific to the requesting customer.

If any data generated by StepXpress is believed to be faulty please contact us in order that the issue may be investigated. If a problem is discovered that is caused by StepNexus, the sole remedy shall be that equivalent replacement data will be generated without further additional cost.
